Spark Grants
Goal: Provide grants to support opportunities to meet a community need in a responsive manner.
- Grant size: up to $5,000/year
- Duration: One-year grants, with the possibility of a two-year renewal (up to three years maximum in funding)
- Additional Eligibility:
- School districts may apply for funding on behalf of a school building.
- Potential Projects:
- Discrete programs in schools or the community
- Meeting or training expenses
What is the impact that the Partnership wants to support? Grantee has one or more of the following outcomes with project-specific funding:
- Organizations leverage funding to address a community need aligned with the social determinants of health.
- Increased organizational capacity, particularly for nonprofits engaging with marginalized populations.
- Increased collaboration among community-based organizations.
- Increased knowledge of program successes and challenges.
