Leading Initiatives

Beyond traditional grantmaking, we continually strive to identify community health needs that are not currently being addressed by existing programs and we spearhead foundation initiatives to fill critical gaps. We engage local partners to seed and support these new programs so they swiftly achieve targeted goals and, when appropriate, become sustainable after our initial investments.
